Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or account closure.
skyphp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment accounts belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your skyphp account balance within the timeframes published in the platform's banking information section, subject to delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to a security review period and KYC verification where applicable. skyphp targets processing withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, but does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party processors, banking systems, or verification requirements. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed.
The default transaction currency for skyphp accounts registered in the Philippines is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. skyphp is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
skyphp operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. skyphp reserves the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited to any account and to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. Deposits made with the intent of circumventing AML regulations will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
skyphp may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, or other promotional benefits ("Bonuses") to registered account holders. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, which are stated at the point of offer and may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. skyphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are made available at skyphp's sole discretion and carry no obligation of repetition or continuity.
The games, betting markets, and casino products available on the skyphp platform are subject to change without notice. skyphp may add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game or betting product at any time at its sole discretion, including due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or provider agreements.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during a gaming session, the outcome of the affected round or wager may be voided and any stake refunded. skyphp shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Game outcomes are determined at the point the wager is placed and accepted; any display error on the client side does not override the server-recorded result.
Each game on the skyphp platform carries its own published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface. skyphp reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual games, categories, or accounts at any time.
A bet may be voided by skyphp where it is placed at odds or stakes resulting from a manifest technical error, where the event is cancelled or abandoned, or where the bet is otherwise in violation of applicable game rules or this Agreement. Voided bets are refunded to the account balance at the original stake amount.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, skyphp and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
skyphp's total cumulative liability to any individual user arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
skyphp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. skyphp expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by skyphp is governed by the skyphp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an account and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.
skyphp collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and improving the Services. skyphp does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request closure of your skyphp account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawals, active bonus wager requirements, or outstanding disputes. Any remaining verified balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of a standard withdrawal review.
skyphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. skyphp will provide advance email notification before applying any dormant account administration fees. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will not reduce any verified balance below zero.
If you have a dispute relating to the outcome of a game, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of the Services, you must submit your complaint to skyphp support via the 24/7 live chat facility on site within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.
skyphp will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached through direct support, the dispute may be escalated to skyphp's internal dispute resolution team, whose decision shall be final and binding absent demonstrable fraud or manifest error.
The game server log constitutes the authoritative record of all wagers, outcomes, and transactions on the skyphp platform. In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the amount of a wager, the server log record shall prevail over any client-side display.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online gaming operations and consumer protection as they apply to the skyphp platform and its operations serving the Philippine market.
Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through skyphp's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the registered operating entity of the skyphp platform.
Nothing in this section shall limit skyphp's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent material harm to the platform or its users.
